Terms & Conditions For Tutor / Teacher
1. You understand and agree that Megaminds Tutorial will deduct/charge its One Time Commission 60% only from (of) the first month salary / fee payment received. You will be paid your first month fee / salary share by us only after completing all working days / classes of first month. From second month and onward you are entitled to collect the salary / fee directly from Employer / Guardian / Student.
2. We have right to allot / give or not the contact details of enquiries references / leads / enquiries sent to you by us. You can't argue /claim for any lead /enquiry. And the final decision to go for any particular alloted tuition/enquiry /lead is yours and yours alone.
3. You know and understand that You will have to give 1-2 days demo classes for a tuition. You will not be paid any amount /conveyance for demo classes. You will teach the student if and only if at least one parent / guardian is present in the house / over consent of Guardian .
4. After successful demo classes /trail when you start a Tuition /Job, you will have to run it properly for at least one month . In unavoidable circumstances you have to give minimum 7 days notice period prior to discontinue any tuition /job .
5. In case of any issues over no. of classes / working days and salary / fee payments between you and Employer / Guardian / Student , We will be the final arbiter for concerned matter on the basis of records maintained and signed by you & Employer / Guardian .
6. You Know and agree that the relationship between Megaminds Tutorial and you will not be considered as an employer and employee relation. You or your family will not be paid any compensation amount for loss due to any accident / miss happening / unwanted incidence during and after this job.
7. You will not discuss about fee / salary to Employer /Guardian / Student or and not demand for advance or increase in fee / salary without our consent / permission . If tuition / job is discontinued from Employer /Guardian / Student or our side within 30 days of starting and not to be resumed ever anyhow , we will charge only 40 % of fee/salary normal rate charge of fee / salary .
8. You know and understand that if you hide from us the running / doing of tuition / job for any lead(s) details given /provided by us, first of all your registration will be cancelled forever and we have right to recover loss caused by you. We also have right to take appropriate (legal) action against you for breach of contract or violation of term and conditions.
9. You know and agree that you will provide / send /show your ID proof, address proof & academic records/documents to us & Guardian / Student / Employer whenever we / he demand / require. Provided Documents / details can also be shared with legal authorities only when there is legal requirement due to any relevant reason .
10 You ( Specially Female Teacher / Employee ) know and understand that before very first visit to student / Guardian / Employer's place , you will provide / give full address with Landmark, name and contact number of Guardian / Student to your closest person / family member.
10.Tutor/Teacher Registration can be cancelled/ Suspended without notification on :-
A. Any misconduct to the Client or Us.
B. Consecutive Failure of 2 assignments due to any relevant reason . 3rd chance may be considered in specific circumstances.
C. Absentee for a long duration without notice / information .
D. Diverting / violating (of) from any term and condition .
E. Actions /doings / activities done by Tutor / Teacher having negative effect on our interests.

Terms & Conditions For Guardian / Employer
1. You know and agree that First two days will be the demo classes and the Tutor / Teacher will continue further only after first month tuition fee payment received by megaminds Tutorial.
2. some special circumstances, Apart from first month tuition fee we also have right to collect / receive tuition fee for any other month from Guardian / Student on behalf of Teacher ( Tutor ).
3. You know and agree that verified * Teacher / Tutor means, we have his / her ID & Address proof along with academic records provided by him / her . Same can be provided to you and Legal Authority on demand only when there is Legal requirement for relevant cause.
3A. You know and agree that you will provide / send ( Whatsapp or Email ) clear pic of valid ID and address proof ( Aadhar preferred ) before hiring a Lady teacher.
4 . You know and agree that You have received sheet for maintenance of records regarding classes & fee payments. You will return this sheet to us / our Tutor on the day of tuition discontinuation .
6. Registration of student includes only the service to provide / supply / replace* Teacher ( Tutor ) whenever student / Guardian demands. *Providing / supply / replacement of Teacher ( Tutor ) is subject matter of availability of Teacher ( Tutor ) at the point of time .
7. You know and agree that you will not misbehave with our Tutor / Teacher or us. Continuity of any Teacher ( Tutor) for tuition is subject matter of ( depends on) harmonious relationship between you and teacher ( Tutor) and other conditions / reasons for teacher ( Tutor ). However you can get teacher (Tutor) replaced* any time, after completion of first month of a Teacher (Tutor).
8. You know and agree that if you call a Tutor / Teacher after a gap of few days / weeks / months of the trial class then it is the duty of you to inform us about that. ( See Term no. 9 )
9. You know and agree that If you hide from us the running of tuition / doing job by our Tutor / Teacher , first of all registration of student will be cancelled and we'll not be responsible / able to provide id /address proof /other details of Tutor /Teacher on demand.
10. You know and agree you will pay tuition fee/salary on due date (messaged by us) parents are requested to update us immediately about their present address/phone if changed.
